These Terms of Service govern your use of the Friendship Travel Agency website and the travel services we arrange. By using our site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Friendship Travel Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name (DBA) of Friendship Relocation and Administrative Assistance LLC, a full-service travel agency located at 2001 Timberloch Place, Suite 500, The Woodlands, TX 77380. We arrange flights, vacation packages, cruises, and group travel with trusted third-party travel suppliers. Contact us at 855-730-7832, Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm.
We act as a full-service travel agency, helping you plan, quote, and book travel through airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and other suppliers. We coordinate these bookings on your behalf but do not operate the flights, cruise sailings, accommodations, or tours ourselves. All bookings are handled and coordinated on your behalf from booking to departure.
Any quote we provide is an estimate based on availability at the time of quoting and is subject to change. Prices, taxes, fees, schedules, and availability are set by our travel suppliers and may change until a booking is confirmed and payment is received. A quote is not a guarantee of price or availability.
Travel is provided by independent third-party suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service quality of these suppliers. You accept that the supplier’s own terms and conditions apply to your travel, and you should review them before booking.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification, passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required for your destination. We are not liable for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents. Always verify current entry requirements with the relevant embassy or authority before you travel.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the applicable travel supplier. We will assist you in requesting cancellations or refunds according to the supplier’s policy, but we cannot guarantee any refund beyond what the supplier allows. Any non-refundable agency service fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Group, church, and faculty-led university bookings may require deposits and final headcounts by stated deadlines, which we will communicate before confirmation. For student trips, the organizing institution is responsible for student supervision and conduct during the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our escort service is available for children traveling from the United States to Ghana and for children traveling from Ghana to the United States, including children joining parents in the U.S. after an approved petition. It is available only for children aged 5 and older, and only after both parents or legal guardians provide written consent and sign our escort agreement before a notary public, naming the responsible adult who will receive the child at the destination. Where only one parent has legal custody, sole-custody documentation must be provided instead. Our staff accompany the child throughout the journey and hand them over solely to that named adult. The parent or legal guardian remains responsible for the child's passport, visa, immigration documents and eligibility to travel; we assist with arrangements but do not guarantee any immigration outcome.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the cost of the child's travel and the logistics of the accompanying staff member, including flights, meals, and ground transit. Where more than one child is traveling on the same trip, we use reasonable efforts to group them so the escort cost may be shared between the families, but shared travel is not guaranteed and depends on scheduling and availability. If a parent requests express service — meaning their child travels alone on the earliest available schedule with a dedicated escort — the parent agrees to bear the full escort cost for that trip.
Travel protection is a required part of every unaccompanied minor escort trip. We include travel protection coverage for the child's journey as a condition of the service, and its cost forms part of the trip arrangements confirmed with the parent or legal guardian before booking. Escort trips cannot proceed without it.
Each child must be medically cleared to fly by a licensed physician before travel. The parent or legal guardian must provide the clearance letter, any required vaccination records, and details of medications the child travels with, and must sign an emergency medical treatment authorization permitting the escorting staff member to obtain urgent medical care for the child during travel where the parent or guardian cannot be reached immediately. Any resulting medical costs remain the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian. Escort trips cannot proceed without medical clearance and a signed emergency treatment authorization.
For students traveling from Ghana to the United States, we assist with the SEVIS (I-901) fee payment process, flights, and arrival accommodation. We do not make, and cannot guarantee, visa, admission, or immigration decisions — those rest solely with the schools and U.S. authorities.
Coach bus, van, and sedan quotes shown on our website are live estimates provided by our ground transportation partner and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
