Friendship Travel Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name (DBA) of Friendship Relocation and Administrative Assistance LLC, a full-service travel agency headquartered at 2001 Timberloch Place, Suite 500, The Woodlands, TX 77380. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you interact with our site:

• Quote and service requests: your name, phone number, email address, requested travel date(s), and trip details submitted through our quote, group travel, church group, university trip, event planning, and coach bus / ground transportation request forms.
• Agent applications: your full name, agency name, email address, phone number, accreditation number (e.g. IATA / CLIA / ARC), chosen specialty, and any message you include.
• Student travel requests (Ghana → USA): your school, program start date, visa type, and travel details needed to assist with SEVIS (I-901) fee guidance, flights, and arrival accommodation.
• Unaccompanied minor escort requests: the child's name, age, and travel details, plus parent/guardian contact information and the details of the responsible adult receiving the child in Ghana — collected only with a parent or legal guardian's consent and signed agreement.
• Newsletter signups: your email address, used to send deals and travel updates you asked to receive.
• Booking details: information needed to arrange and confirm your travel, such as passenger names, dates, destinations, and payment particulars handled through our travel suppliers.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type and the pages you visit on our site, through standard server logs and analytics tools.

• To respond to your inquiries and prepare travel quotes.
• To arrange, book, and manage your flights, packages, and itineraries.
• To review and respond to travel agent partnership applications.
• To communicate with you about your trip or application.
• To maintain records required for accounting and legal compliance.
• To improve our website, services, and customer experience.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary to provide our services and as described below:

• Travel suppliers: airlines, cruise lines, hotels, ground operators, and tour partners we work with to fulfill your booking.
• Service providers: trusted vendors that host our website and backend systems, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your requests, maintain business records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. You may ask us to delete or correct your information at any time (see “Your choices” below).

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using secure storage and transmission. Our booking and application data is stored in a secured backend. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping duties.

Our website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them directly through the site. The only exception is our unaccompanied minor escort service, where a parent or legal guardian provides the child's information, gives consent, and signs our escort agreement. We use that information solely to arrange and operate the escorted trip — including handing the child to the responsible adult named by the parent or guardian in Ghana — and never for marketing. If you believe a child has provided us information outside this service, please contact us so we can delete it.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or deals alerts, we use your email address only to send the travel updates you requested. Subscribing is optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in our emails or contacting us directly.

We operate in the United States (Texas and New Jersey) and in Ghana (Accra and Kumasi) through our branch, Friendship Travel Management. To arrange your travel, your information may be processed in both countries and shared with travel suppliers in your destination countries.

Our site uses minimal cookies and similar technologies to keep it functioning and to understand basic usage. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
